Which foods are allowed to be consumed during the diet and which should be discarded? What rules must be observed and for whom is such a nutritional system contraindicated? And also a detailed menu for 4 weeks.

What is the Maggi Diet?

The diet of the Maggi diet provides for those foods that the body uses more energy (calories) to digest, as a result of which it begins to actively burn excess fat. And although such a weight loss system is low in calories, the body does not suffer from a lack of nutrients, since the menu includes all the vitamins and micro-elements necessary for human life. However, Maggi's course is quite tough and not suitable for everyone.
